The 3 Phases of Spinal Degeneration

The 3 Phases of Spinal Degeneration

Spinal degeneration is NOT a normal aging process as we are led to believe.

When two adjacent bones are aligned properly and they move, there is no wear and tear on the joint between the bones. But when those same two bones are misaligned and move, there is an irritation to the joint space between the two bones. The longer those two bones are left in the abnormal position, the more irritation and wear and tear occurs between them.

When the vertebrae of the spine are NOT corrected and maintained, these phases of spinal degeneration must occur. But if time and effort are put towards maintaining normal spinal alignment, this so called "normal degenerative process" WILL NOT occur.

Do you think it's worth the time and effort to have an active quality life as you age?
